Located on the Cape Town's foreshore in the central city, the CTICC offers a purpose built, flexible facility with dedicated exhibition space, auditoria, breakout rooms and a ballroom with magnificent city views. The ballroom will provide the venue for the plenary sessions and the gala banquet.

The deluxe ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel is also integrated with the CTICC. Majestically located at the very tip of Cape Town's foreshore, the "Grand" has unsurpassed scenic panoramas of ocean and mountain, making it one of the most perfect destinations in the world.

The hotel's fully equipped and air-conditioned versatile convention centre is to host the workshop venues.

The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) gave careful consideration to the unique needs of the disabled when the venue was initially designed. The whole centre is disabled-friendly with international standard wheelchair access, designated drop-off points and parking bays, bathrooms for the physically challenged and elevators with Braille inscription.

The ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel has taken every step to ensure that this 5 star hotel is disabled-friendly. We have 5 rooms which we call assessable rooms.The attention to detail throughout the hotel has not stopped here.

The bathroom has been built to suit all types of wheelchairs. You can wheel your chair into the shower or we also have a special shower chair for guests. The sink has been modified to allow a chair underneath . Our wardrobes all have lower bars for the hangers and even our safes have easy access. Each assessable room also has an inter-leading door for the room next door. The viewing hole on the door is also at an appropriate height.
